What should I bring on tour with me?

We recommend you bring comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, money/credit card if you want to buy souvenirs, a camera, and a hat. If you are planning on swimming, then bring a swimsuit, towel, and a dry T-shirt with you as well.

Hand sanitiser, wipes, and face masks will be provided by us if required. We are a COVID-19 safe business, and deep clean our vehicle after each tour/transfer.

I am mobility-impaired, am I still able to come on tour?

Of course! Assistance to board and exit the vehicle will be given to those who require it, and walking aids will be safely stowed in the vehicle. We recommend you let us know beforehand about any mobility issues so that we can plan ahead on your behalf.

Can we bring children with us?

Yes, but children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you have very small children (under 6), please let us know their height and age beforehand so that we can organise a carseat for the vehicle - it is a legal requirement in Australia that all children under the age of 7 are fitted in a proper child restraint. Booster seats can also be provided for smaller children over the age of 7.

Help! My flight has been cancelled/delayed!

Don’t worry! When booking, we ask for your flight details so that we are able to track your flight and are aware of any cancellations and/or delays. If there are any unexpected circumstances, our driver will communicate with you on the next best course of action, and we will do our best to get you to your destination from the airport.

Can you fit extra bulky luggage (e.g. pram, surfboard, bicycle, golf clubs) in your vehicle?

If you let us know beforehand, we are more than happy to assist you with any bulky luggage. Please notify us when booking of the type and size of luggage you are intending to bring with you.

Can you organise tours for larger groups (more than 5 people)? Am I able to book for my school, society, or with a large group of friends/family?

Yes we can! It will still be a private tour, exclusively designed for your group, but you will need to ring us for a quote.

Am I able to reschedule/cancel my tour or transfer?

If you need to reschedule your tour/transfer after you have confirmed your booking, you may do so for free for the first two changes, provided it is no less than 48 hours prior to departure. Otherwise, a 10% admin fee may be incurred.

All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the time of travel, or they will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Refunds are available.

What should I do if I’m going to be late on the day of my tour?

On the morning of your tour, please turn your mobile phone on to assist us in locating you if necessary. If you are going to be late, please call us and let us know as soon as possible. We can make arrangements with you on the day, but be aware that the later you start, the less you will get to see!

Do you pick up from the cruise ship terminal?

Yes, we can pick you up from either the Cairns CBD or Yorkey’s Knob ship terminals, and return you before the end of the day.
